First International Symposium on Vascular Tissue Engineering

28-29 May 2013, Corpus Congress Center, Leiden, The Netherlands

Dear colleague,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure to announce the First International Symposium on Vascular Tissue Engineering that will be held on 28-29 May 2013 in Leiden, The Netherlands. The meeting will bring together biologists, engineers as well as clinicians that are active in the field of vascular tissue engineering. The symposium provides state-of-the-art lectures by prominent international vascular tissue engineering scientists. In addition to the invited lectures, researchers from all over the world will present their oral abstracts and posters. The Symposium will be held in Netherlands’ oldest university city Leiden, a city with a rich cultural and historical centre, patterned with cannals. The Symposium location Corpus Congress Centre is the world’s first museum that offers a journey through the human body.

We hope that this symposium will be the start of a biennial meeting that aims to bring together scientists and clinicians that are active in the field of vascular tissue engineering.

On behalf of the organizing committee,

We look forward to welcome you in Leiden,
